My counseling integrates aspects of therapy and spiritual direction in appropriate ways to help people seeking assistance with personal, family, marital and faith issues.

I am at my best when helping people work through issues associated with grief, depression, anxiety, addiction, as well as marriage and relationship struggles. Working through some of the more uniquely modern struggles, such as screen and pornography addiction is also a focus of my practice.

I also love pre-marital counseling.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to see clients under the supervision and within the community of my colleagues at The Wellness Center of Oxford and The Wellness and Counseling Center of Tupelo.

Note: I have done plenty of preaching in my life. This is therapy, not an individual preaching session.​

During our sessions, I’ll ask questions and do a lot of listening. Together we will look for places in your story that offer insight or the need for healing. When we discover some of those areas, we’ll work together to get what you need.
